Her Fulfillment Strategist coaching for women over 40 is her heart work; coaching women over 40 to not only make bold moves but to thrive by refraining from relying solely on achievement.
She is a resident speaker with the Urban League of Broward County “REDI to Lead” annual conference. She is a 2020 and 2019 Black Enterprise Women Of Power Summit speaker, she is a 2019 Lauderhill Florida Regional Chamber of Commerce Woman of Distinction Honoree, Shirley is a 2017 recipient of the South Florida based Legacy Magazine 50 Most Powerful. She has been featured on the CW Network, NBC 6 South Florida, and has contributed to various podcasts, publications, and platforms that empower women.
