While You Were Waiting……..
You ever encountered this scenario? You have a brilliant and sustainable idea for a service or product. You begin getting all your ducks in a row; research, plan, consultations, processes, etc.
You look up and someone has zoomed right past you with a similar product or service. Discouraged; you put your work away and maybe attempt to come up with another master plan.
Most often while we are in waiting and planning mode; someone else is in execution mode. Planning mode may take longer for you because you are contemplating on the skill and experience you do not have to deliver the service or product.

Don’t shut down when you see them slay; the operative word is “similar”. Your tribe will need it from you
Power UP and recognize your differentiation. It’s there; you just didn’t think about it in your planning mode
What you don’t have Outsource quickly. No one knows everything about what they are doing. Most of us know the essentials and some of us know the technical part. The rest of us know what is really important and not apprehensive about providing solutions to problems that people need solving.
